Come and hire a well maintained top quality bike from Devon Cycle Hire and explore what Devon and Dartmoor has to offer. We have over one hundred bikes to choose from, so thereʼs something for everyone. We have both adult male and female mountain and hybrid bikes in a range of frame sizes, kids bikes, child seats, tagalongs, buggies and tandems. Devon Cycle Hire can also supply all the other equipment you need for a really great day's cycling, top of the range helmets to ensure safe cycling, locks and maps. We sell drinks for you to take out with you and after all that cycling why not treat yourself to a delicious locally made ice cream.
The majority of our bikes are supplied by Claud Butler. They are regularly maintained and safety checked after each hire. We try to replace our bikes each season and therefore have ex-hire bikes for sale at great prices, you will also see in our online bike shop that these bikes are available to buy brand new.
Devon Cycle Hire is situated directly on The Granite Way, part of Devonʼs Coast to Coast route - Route 27. The Granite Way is a mainly traffic free cycle route, with plans to make it totally traffic free in the not too distant future, running between Okehampton and Lydford. Itʼs family friendly, well surfaced with lots to see and do. There are breathtaking views and plenty of refreshment stops on route. Devon cycle routes donʼt come much better than The Granite Way.

Devon Cycle Hire is just 30 mins from Exeter,1 min off the A30 with a large customer carpark so if you are on a journey it is the perfect place to stop, hire a bike and see some of Dartmoorʼs beautiful scenery.
